My Services

My aim is to offer a calm, caring, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever you're facing. Talking can be healing, and I gently support deeper reflection through questions and observations. I believe we all carry inner wisdom—we just sometimes lose touch with it. I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and what you truly need.

We can use different methods depending on what feels most helpful. Every person is unique, so I adapt the process to your needs.

Sessions are available in a quiet space in Amstelveen or online, whatever suits you best.

Counselling

Life can be challenging, and we all need support sometimes. I offer a calm, safe, and non-judgemental space where you can share what you're going through. Whether you're facing loss, change, or unresolved past experiences, talking can help bring clarity and relief.

My training focused on grief and trauma. Loss takes many forms—bereavement, separation, relocation, job changes, or health issues—and can leave us feeling unmoored. While there’s often pressure to move on quickly, true healing takes its own time.

I’m here to support you in finding your own way forward, at your own pace. There’s no fixed path—only what feels right for you now.

Coaching

There are often times in life when we feel ‘stuck’. We can feel stuck in our jobs, our relationships, our health, our living situations, or any aspect of our lives. It can be difficult to navigate what we want to change and how to go about it, and this is where coaching can be a really effective tool. We might know the answers to our questions deep down, but it can be difficult to see things clearly. Through coaching, we can rediscover our own strengths, needs, and desires, and we can find the path that we want to take. The coach is there as a facilitator, asking questions, using different tools to help you gain clarity, walking through the process next to you.

Yoga & Coaching

Our bodies and minds are deeply connected. Physical sensations influence how we feel emotionally, and the other way around. You might notice butterflies in your stomach when you're nervous or tight shoulders when under stress. In yoga sessions, I often see emotions surface and release through movement and breath.

I blend yoga with coaching or counselling, using gentle movement and breath work to help you relax, feel grounded, and reconnect with yourself. After moving, we explore any sensations or emotions that come up. This approach suits all levels, whether you're new to yoga or already familiar. If you'd like to include this in your sessions, I’m happy to tailor it to your needs.

Burnout

Burnout is a situation that people are increasingly facing as we try to juggle pressure at work and at home. Managing the symptoms of burnout can be difficult to navigate, as can reintegrating back into our life as we recover. It’s important to be aware of our boundaries and to make the changes necessary to take care of ourselves. As a coach, I believe that every person is very capable of rediscovering and fulfilling their potential, and I’m there not as an advisor to tell you what to do. Instead, I’m there to support you and motivate you while you make changes in your life.


Coaching for Yoga Teachers

Qualifying as a yoga teacher is exciting, but standing in front of a class can also bring nerves and uncertainty. I’ve been teaching for eight years, but I still remember the stage fright and overwhelm of planning classes in the beginning. Over time, I found ways to manage both and rediscovered the joy in teaching.

If you’re new to teaching or returning after a break, I offer coaching to help you build confidence, find your voice and teaching style, and step back into what you love with more ease.


Group Courses

Many of us feel stuck at times—uncertain of what needs to change or how to move forward. With busy lives, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves. Taking time to pause can help us reconnect with what truly matters.

Yoga offers a way back, helping us notice patterns and uncover our needs. When combined with coaching, it becomes a powerful tool for conscious change.
